Adam Pearlstein

My early teaching years began in Burlington, Vermont, and soon expanded into a global adventure—teaching yoga in Israel, Korea, the Philippines, Norway, Sweden, and throughout the United States. In 2010, I helped open a yoga studio in Bethesda, MD. Later, I completed a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training in Seattle, where I also co-owned and taught at a studio.

My path led me to Ashram Yoga, where I taught and participated in multiple teacher training programs. I further deepened my impact through Yoga Behind Bars, teaching yoga in correctional facilities, and through the Yoga of 12 Step Recovery, offering free classes for individuals in recovery for two years.

Over the years, I’ve taught in-studio, online, and led numerous teacher trainings. With over 100,000 students taught, I’ve developed a strong ability to support diverse practitioners—including those with injuries or specific needs.

I remain passionate about the ever-evolving practice of yoga, bringing compassion, structure, and growth to every class. My experience also extends into the business side of yoga, and I enjoy mentoring future teachers on how to navigate the teaching world with confidence, clarity, and sustainability.
