Shelly Storm

  • To me, yoga is Life—the breath that moves through all things. It’s the rhythm of my body, the stillness of my mind, the tides of emotion, and the pulse of the earth beneath my feet. It’s wind, fire, water—movement and transformation. Through yoga, I return to my most authentic self, learning to quiet the noise and remember my wholeness.

I first came to yoga as a teenager through sports. Moving mindfully opened something new in me—a deep sense of peace and trust in both body and mind. My mat quickly became my home.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Seattle in 2016, followed by a 40-hour Advanced Training, as well as, a health coaching certification in 2020. I am currently studying NeuroYoga with Adell Bridges and remain a lifelong student of this practice, continually inspired by teachers past and present.

Yoga continues to evolve me—turning me inward, grounding me in humility, and deepening my devotion to this sacred path.

Beyond the studio, I’m most connected when immersed in nature. Walking barefoot, hiking with my dog, or simply watching the sky shift—these are reminders that the more peace we create within ourselves, the more we can offer it to the world.

  • My early teaching years began in Burlington, Vermont, and soon expanded into a global adventure—teaching yoga in Israel, Korea, the Philippines, Norway, Sweden, and throughout the United States. In 2010, I helped open a yoga studio in Bethesda, MD. Later, I completed a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training in Seattle, where I also co-owned and taught at a studio.

My path led me to Ashram Yoga, where I taught and participated in multiple teacher training programs. I further deepened my impact through Yoga Behind Bars, teaching yoga in correctional facilities, and through the Yoga of 12 Step Recovery, offering free classes for individuals in recovery for two years.

Over the years, I’ve taught in-studio, online, and led numerous teacher trainings. With over 100,000 students taught, I’ve developed a strong ability to support diverse practitioners—including those with injuries or specific needs.

I remain passionate about the ever-evolving practice of yoga, bringing compassion, structure, and growth to every class. My experience also extends into the business side of yoga, and I enjoy mentoring future teachers on how to navigate the teaching world with confidence, clarity, and sustainability.

  • I teach meditation as a path of embodied transformation—one that honors both the beauty and the brutality of waking up. With 15 years of experience in the Buddhist Mindfulness (Insight) tradition, I bring a grounded, experiential depth to my teaching. I don’t teach from theory—I teach from the inside out.

I completed a four-year teacher training through Spirit Rock, with Jack Kornfield and Joseph Goldstein as my root teachers. My approach blends classical insight practice with somatic psychology, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and real-world pragmatism. I’ve also completed multiple yoga teacher trainings and hold deep respect for the body as a source of wisdom.

In addition to guiding meditation, I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12 years in private practice. My clinical work integrates Somatic Experiencing, Organic Intelligence, and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy. I see the body as the royal road to the subconscious—where true healing begins.

Though rooted in Buddhist tradition, I’ve always walked an unconventional path. I know what it’s like to question everything, to hunger for something real. I offer a space where the curious can drop the mask and meet what’s true.

If you’re drawn to meditation as initiation—not escape—I’d be honored to walk with you.

  • I create a welcoming environment where we’re invited to tap into compassion, courage, and resilience—both on and off the mat. I’m passionate about joy, learning through nature’s rhythms, collective and individual wellbeing, and the integrative tools of yoga that support more ease and freedom in daily life.

In my classes, I offer a steady, encouraging presence that honors the innate wisdom of the body. I see yoga as an ongoing journey and weave in philosophy, breathwork, and self-inquiry to help students cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves. My classes blend active and restful energy—embracing play and lightness alongside reflection and nourishing stillness.

In addition to teaching vinyasa yoga, I’ve worked with yoga in eating disorder treatment and am certified in Yoga for 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR). I’ve completed extensive trauma-informed yoga training and believe deeply in the healing potential of somatic practices.

I’m currently a student at the University of Washington, preparing for graduate study in mental health counseling. When not studying or teaching, you’ll find me outside—swaying to music, cooking with friends, or wandering the city on long walks with my partner and our dog, always reconnecting to land, trees, and sea.

  • I grew up in India, where the scriptures and the Bhagavad Gita were part of everyday life. I briefly practiced asana in elementary school and studied Sanskrit for five years through middle and high school. I returned to asana practice in 2015 when my employer, Nintendo, offered power yoga classes at our office gym. What started as a way to get fitter quickly became something deeper—the practice reconnected me to my roots. That same year, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

After 16 years as an engineer in the video game industry, I took a break to focus on teaching yoga. The more I taught and practiced, the clearer it became: this is what I truly love. Yoga transformed how I live, helping me find more joy, presence, and purpose—and I felt called to share that experience.

Since then, I’ve taught weekly classes, sometimes up to 20 a week, while maintaining a consistent personal practice. I’ve completed multiple 200- and 500-hour trainings with teachers like Baron Baptiste, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Annie Carpenter.

I teach with a smile, blending yogic philosophy into a challenging yet playful asana flow. I believe learning never ends, on or off the mat.

Tracy Munson

  • I discovered yoga in my twenties during a very difficult time in my life. From my first class, I knew I had found something deeply different from any physical discipline I'd tried before. Yoga gave me space to check in with myself, to breathe mindfully, and to move in ways that supported both physical and emotional healing.

As a teacher, my intention is to help students find that same sense of freedom and connection. I aim to create a space where breath and movement become tools for exploring the self—where yoga is not about achieving a perfect shape, but about discovering how movement feels in your own body.

My classes are rooted in the principles of Awakening Yoga and the idea of walking the middle path. I believe shapes don’t fit all bodies, and that’s why I offer modifications and accessible movement patterns. While inclusive, my classes are also known for being strength-based and challenging, with a focus on breath, held postures, creative transitions, and mobility work.

Ultimately, I hope students leave class with a deeper awareness of themselves—no matter how small. That’s how I define success.

I look forward to meeting you on the mat at Reverie.

  • I grew up playing many different sports.  I used sports as an outlet to stay in shape both mentally and physically. I enjoyed the challenges and opportunities for growth they presented. As I got older, my focus changed and I began to gravitate towards activities that allow for more introspection and self-discovery. Now I lean towards activities like golf, snowboarding, or an occasional challenging run/race.

In 2013 I discovered the power of mindfulness and found my true passion in yoga and meditation. I have received certifications in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga and have been trained in meditation, breathwork and healing with frequency through sound. As an instructor/guide, I like to motivate others through positive reinforcement and encourage them to release limiting beliefs by challenging them to push the edge of their comfort zone, making space for growth.

My purpose is to help people reclaim their health and remember their value through caring for their body temple.

Meg Griffin

  • I’m Meg, a yoga instructor based in Seattle, offering Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin practices. I first turned to yoga as a way to recover and restore after years of training for cross-country and track. Having pushed through various injuries just to compete, yoga became my path to healing. It helped me rebuild my body and, more importantly, it led me to develop a deeper mind-body connection that has since become an essential part of my everyday life.

These days, I’m an avid hiker and snowboarder, and my yoga flows are designed with strength and mobility in mind. My classes are a balance of fun, creative sequences that are also grounding and challenging. I always encourage my students to tune into the sensations of each posture and to focus on how it feels in their body, rather than stressing about getting the pose exactly right.

I completed my 200-hour certification in 2019 and have since pursued an additional 150 hours of training, with a focus on voice coaching, Yin yoga, and creative sequencing.

  • I’ve always been drawn to the stars—the mystery of space, the pulse of the cosmos, and the quiet knowing that there’s more to this life than what we can see. Yoga has been my steady companion on that journey: a practice that grounds me in my body while expanding my awareness beyond it.

I completed my first yoga certification in 2013, initially to deepen my vinyasa practice. I didn’t realize then that it would open the door to something much greater—a calling to share this path with others. Since then, I’ve continued my studies and now hold a 500-hour ERYT. My teaching is shaped by a deep curiosity about anatomy, movement, and the intelligence of the human form.

In both teaching and practice, I seek that moment when the breath quiets the mind and the body becomes a vessel for something vast. As Paramahansa Yogananda writes, “The soul, being invisible, can only be described by what it is not.” Yoga offers a glimpse into that mystery—an invitation to dissolve the boundaries of self and reconnect with something greater.

I teach to create space: for movement, for stillness, and for the cosmic unfolding that lives in each of us.

Lara Ederer

  • I began practicing yoga in 2001 and completed my 200-hour YTT in 2011. I deepened my studies with my teacher, Tiffany Cruickshank, founder of Yoga Medicine, at the 1000-hour level, completing over 800 hours of applied anatomy training, orthopedic studies, and a 40-hour hands-on cadaver dissection lab. As a self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, I’ve taught over 12, 200-hour yoga teacher training anatomy courses, including students who are physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and personal trainers.

I am the proud co-founder of Viveka Yoga, a Yoga Alliance Registered School. Along with my co-teaching partner, we’ve graduated over 135 students in nine years and are respected as true educators in the greater Seattle area. Additionally, I’m certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and have worked with collegiate and professional athletes, integrating yoga and functional training into their programs. I also hold an advanced nutrition counseling certification from NASM.

I’m fortunate to host international yoga retreats annually, blending my passion for teaching yoga with travel, offering students a unique opportunity to deepen their practice in beautiful locations.

Jeremy Pautler

  • I began practicing yoga in 2013 to relieve pain from old injuries and repetitive motion. What started as a physical outlet quickly became a deep appreciation for the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice.

I’m a certified E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance teacher with a foundation in alignment, traditional teachings, and yoga philosophy. Over the past five years, I’ve developed a teaching style that blends curiosity, playfulness, and respect for yoga’s roots.

I want to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. I focus on helping students build strength, improve mobility, and deepen the mind-body connection. In each class, I aim to create a welcoming space where you can explore your practice and grow at your own pace.

Thania Goodman

  • I am a passionate yoga instructor and dedicated educator based in Seattle. My yoga journey began in my home country of Mexico, where I discovered its transformative power in 2014. Since then, I’ve been committed to sharing the practice with others through a grounded, compassionate, and joyful approach.

I hold multiple 200-hour certifications in Vinyasa, Prenatal, Kids, and Aerial Yoga from Mexico, as well as a 500-hour certification in Hatha, Meditation, and Ashtanga Yoga from Nepal. My time studying in Nepal allowed me to train deeply in traditional yogic disciplines and strengthened my respect for the roots of the practice.

My bilingual classes (English and Spanish) are known for their warmth, fluidity, and inclusive spirit. I strive to create safe, welcoming spaces where students can move with intention, explore with curiosity, and connect with self-compassion.

Beyond the studio, I’m a lifelong learner and adventurer, passionate about growth, cultural connection, and living with purpose. I also lead retreats in beautiful destinations that weave together movement, rest, community, and the richness of local culture.

Whether in class or on retreat, I’m honored to guide others along their own paths of healing, transformation, and self-discovery.

Isai Chaidez

  • From a young age, I felt drawn to the healing arts, even before I had words for it. Meditation came first — quiet, personal, and grounding. Later, through my own recovery from addiction, I discovered that true healing goes beyond the physical. It’s about reconnecting with the earth, community, and myself.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Sciences and a Master of Science in Ayurvedic Sciences from Bastyr University. My journey then brought me to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I studied under Dr. Vasant Lad. His mentorship deepened my understanding of Ayurveda and yoga as pathways to wholeness.

Throughout the years, I’ve learned from herbalists, doctors, yogis, and elders — yet nature remains my most profound teacher. Clinical practice, yoga, meditation, and community have shown me that healing is not a destination, but a lifelong relationship.

Now based in Seattle, WA, I offer Ayurvedic consultations, herbal protocols, yoga practices, and sacred space for people to rediscover their connection to life. I believe healing the earth begins with healing ourselves — one step, one breath, one act of care at a time. I’m honored and excited to be part of the Reverie team.

  • With over a decade of yoga practice and 18 years of dance experience, I bring a deep understanding of movement and the body to my teaching. I earned a minor in dance from the University of Washington and trained primarily in ballet, as well as modern and jazz. I completed my yoga teacher training with Ashish Arora in 2024, in addition to alignment training with Janet Stone and Myofascial Release training with Tiffany Cruikshank at Yoga Medicine. My vinyasa classes emphasize the connection between breath and movement, creating a fluid and meditative practice. I focus on sustainable movement that promotes longevity and joint health, helping students build strength and resilience through intelligent alignment and mobility work. I am energetic, friendly, and down-to-earth, and I aim to create an approachable space where students can unplug, tune in, and experience the present moment.

Loc Lee

  • I bring over a decade of teaching experience with a strong background in martial arts and movement. As a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu, I developed body awareness, resilience, and humility—qualities that continue to shape my teachings today.

In 2016, I transitioned to yoga, completing my teacher training and discovering Acroyoga, which deepened my passion for connection, trust, and play. Since 2018, I've been teaching yoga and acroyoga in classes, workshops, and retreats across the Pacific Northwest.

My philosophy emphasizes growth, self-awareness, and finding joy in the process. By balancing effort and ease, I help students discover strength while staying flexible and open. With a love for music and intentional environments, I enjoy inspiring focus, relaxation, and connection in every class, encouraging students to embrace their practice as a reflection of life, helping them move with more awareness, trust, and balance both on and off the mat.
