I grew up in India, where the scriptures and the Bhagavad Gita were part of everyday life. I briefly practiced asana in elementary school and studied Sanskrit for five years through middle and high school. I returned to asana practice in 2015 when my employer, Nintendo, offered power yoga classes at our office gym. What started as a way to get fitter quickly became something deeper—the practice reconnected me to my roots. That same year, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

After 16 years as an engineer in the video game industry, I took a break to focus on teaching yoga. The more I taught and practiced, the clearer it became: this is what I truly love. Yoga transformed how I live, helping me find more joy, presence, and purpose—and I felt called to share that experience.

Since then, I’ve taught weekly classes, sometimes up to 20 a week, while maintaining a consistent personal practice. I’ve completed multiple 200- and 500-hour trainings with teachers like Baron Baptiste, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Annie Carpenter.

I teach with a smile, blending yogic philosophy into a challenging yet playful asana flow. I believe learning never ends, on or off the mat.
