Bianca Calagiu

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 12 years old and started teaching when I was 17. I'm passionate about creating accessible classes that invite people to explore the connection between mind and body.

In addition to teaching vinyasa, I'm a trauma-informed yoga instructor with extensive experience guiding yoga for individuals recovering from eating disorders. I'm also an Ayurvedic practitioner.

In my classes, you can expect mindful sequences connected to the breath, helping you build strength, regulate your nervous system, and develop compassion and trust in your body. The emotional healing I’ve found through yoga has been deeply meaningful in my own journey, and I feel so grateful to be able to share this practice with the community.

When I’m not on the mat, you’ll likely find me hiking with my dog, reading fantasy novels, or diving deeper into my studies of herbalism.
