I grew up playing many different sports. I used sports as an outlet to stay in shape both mentally and physically. I enjoyed the challenges and opportunities for growth they presented. As I got older, my focus changed and I began to gravitate towards activities that allow for more introspection and self-discovery. Now I lean towards activities like golf, snowboarding, or an occasional challenging run/race.
In 2013 I discovered the power of mindfulness and found my true passion in yoga and meditation. I have received certifications in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga and have been trained in meditation, breathwork and healing with frequency through sound. As an instructor/guide, I like to motivate others through positive reinforcement and encourage them to release limiting beliefs by challenging them to push the edge of their comfort zone, making space for growth.
My purpose is to help people reclaim their health and remember their value through caring for their body temple.
