Loc Le

I bring over a decade of teaching experience with a strong background in martial arts and movement. As a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu, I developed body awareness, resilience, and humility—qualities that continue to shape my teachings today.

In 2016, I transitioned to yoga, completing my teacher training and discovering Acroyoga, which deepened my passion for connection, trust, and play. Since 2018, I've been teaching yoga and acroyoga in classes, workshops, and retreats across the Pacific Northwest.

My philosophy emphasizes growth, self-awareness, and finding joy in the process. By balancing effort and ease, I help students discover strength while staying flexible and open. With a love for music and intentional environments, I enjoy inspiring focus, relaxation, and connection in every class, encouraging students to embrace their practice as a reflection of life, helping them move with more awareness, trust, and balance both on and off the mat.
