Meg Griffin
I’m Meg, a yoga instructor based in Seattle, offering Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin practices. I first turned to yoga as a way to recover and restore after years of training for cross-country and track. Having pushed through various injuries just to compete, yoga became my path to healing. It helped me rebuild my body and, more importantly, it led me to develop a deeper mind-body connection that has since become an essential part of my everyday life.
These days, I’m an avid hiker and snowboarder, and my yoga flows are designed with strength and mobility in mind. My classes are a balance of fun, creative sequences that are also grounding and challenging. I always encourage my students to tune into the sensations of each posture and to focus on how it feels in their body, rather than stressing about getting the pose exactly right.
I completed my 200-hour certification in 2019 and have since pursued an additional 150 hours of training, with a focus on voice coaching, Yin yoga, and creative sequencing.
