To me, yoga is Life—the breath that moves through all things. It’s the rhythm of my body, the stillness of my mind, the tides of emotion, and the pulse of the earth beneath my feet. It’s wind, fire, water—movement and transformation. Through yoga, I return to my most authentic self, learning to quiet the noise and remember my wholeness.
I first came to yoga as a teenager through sports. Moving mindfully opened something new in me—a deep sense of peace and trust in both body and mind. My mat quickly became my home.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Seattle in 2016, followed by a 40-hour Advanced Training, as well as, a health coaching certification in 2020. I am currently studying NeuroYoga with Adell Bridges and remain a lifelong student of this practice, continually inspired by teachers past and present.
Yoga continues to evolve me—turning me inward, grounding me in humility, and deepening my devotion to this sacred path.
Beyond the studio, I’m most connected when immersed in nature. Walking barefoot, hiking with my dog, or simply watching the sky shift—these are reminders that the more peace we create within ourselves, the more we can offer it to the world.
