Loc and Iza will turn your world upside down: safely, confidently, and with a sense of play.

This immersive inversion workshop is designed for students of all levels who want to explore inversions in a supportive, step-by-step environment.

We will explore:

  • Bakasana (Crow Pose)

  • Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand)

  • Sirsasana I (Forearm Headstand)

  • Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand)

You’ll learn:

  • Foundational alignment principles that make inversions feel accessible and stable

  • Strength-Building Tightness Drills

  • Focus & Balance drills

  • Techniques for overcoming fear and developing trust in your body

  • Partner and wall-supported variations to deepen understanding

  • Breath-work and grounding practices to help integrate the experience

You might be brand new to going upside down and that is TOTALLY fine! Or maybe you are looking to refine your existing inversion practice; either way this workshop will help you build confidence, balance, and inner calm.

Expect a blend of focused instruction, playful exploration, and mindful rest leaving you energized, empowered, and seeing things from a fresh angle.
